Ed is the owner and President of Sweet Eddie's Bakery and has over 25 years of experience in the bakery industry. Following college and sales and management positions with national consumer product companies, Ed's entrepreneurial drive pushed him into owning his own business. His love of high-quality unique foods led him to purchase a retail bakery franchise in the Atlanta market in 1986. In 1998 Sweet Eddie's Inc. was formed to provide the foodservice, airline, and grocery markets with quality baked goods. Ed is an active owner who oversees and manages the business on a daily basis.
Pascal is a Certified Pastry Chef and Baker with over 20 years of hands-on experience and a varied knowledge of the bakery industry. He is responsible for managing the bakery production, food quality, and food safety on a daily basis. Pascal attended the Advanced French School of Culinary Arts in Paris.
Veronica has been with the company for seven years and is a key employee handling the day-to-day administrative work and assists in ensuring proper documentation is followed in the areas of food safety and GMPs. Married to a "Baker" for over 30 years, she understands the industry and its requirements thus bringing valuable help and assistance to our team.
